I see law and neuroethics entirely from a point of view of academia, concentrating on the academic law, cognitive neuroscience, philosophy and applied ethics involved. Above all, I wish the subject exciting to the public at large, and not be a niche area of interest in the ivory towers of which I am no longer a part.
